Tech Edt is a news and media website for enterprise and technology. Since its founding in 2019, they’ve grown from an exhaustive source for consumer tech news to a global multimedia company covering the intersection of technology, gaming and startups in the Southeast Asia region.
Tech Edt was started to bring insight, meaning — and every now and again, the fun — to the world of technology. But the company didn’t want to stop there. Tech Edt aims to curate and produce the Internet’s most compelling videos, reviews, features and breaking news about the people, products and ideas shaping our world.
Tech Edt delivers distinctive content from every part of the universe, thoughtfully crafted by independent tech enthusiasts and business leaders. It also offers partners a platform to reach out to passionate tech audiences, reviewing every technology thoroughly and carefully.
Compared to other news and media sites, the requirement for Tech Edt’s website was a really big challenge. Tech Edt offers great content, but its online presence didn’t demonstrate value to current or prospective customers. The company needed a modern, digital headquarter that validated its original content, maintained the confidence of current clients, and helped the increase in readership.
With the professional website design team, we developed a multi-tiered strategy to identify key audiences and set clear business and brand objectives. This would inform the rest of the engagement and ultimately serve as the foundation for the new and revitalized website.

We set three prevailing UX principles to drive our efforts: Context, in that relevant content, had to be served to each visitor; Discoverability, in that finding important information had to be effortless; and Consistency, in that a refreshed design approach had to be carried across the entire website. Keeping these principles close to heart, our UX team developed a new site structure that makes crucial information discoverable and rewards curious visitors with additional engaging content.
The possibility for behaviour-based marketing features such as behavioural targeting, event tracking, and dynamic content gives Tech Edt the ability to customise the user experience and abridge the user journey. While at the same time, ensuring the website will have no issues with speed or compatibility on any device their reader is using.
